Research Overview

What we research
The Non-Peptide Research category covers selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) and other novel research compounds studied for their unique pharmacological profiles — distinct from peptide-based mechanisms.
How compounds are grouped
Compounds are grouped by class: anabolic SARMs (RAD-140, LGD-4033, Ostarine), metabolic modulators (Cardarine, SR-9009), and myostatin inhibitors (YK-11). Each offers tissue-selective activity without the broad systemic effects of traditional androgens.
Research considerations
SARMs are investigational compounds. Some have reached Phase I/II clinical trials (LGD-4033, Enobosarm). None are FDA-approved for general use. Cardiovascular, hepatic, and endocrine safety data is still being characterized. These are research chemicals only.
